This is continued learning, not another classroom course. Fellows diagnose a public challenge, organise people, act, review the results, reflect and adapt with structured support.

Examine results, reflect honestly, adapt the approach and document the next responsibility.

Who this is for
- You have completed the Foundation Course and Leadership Academy.
- You can take responsibility for a real public challenge over 100 days.
- You will document decisions, activity, reflection and evidence honestly.
- You can participate in mentoring, review and final evaluation.
