The Four Schools
Four connected lenses help participants understand the whole practice of leadership.
01Head
Understand institutions, systems, evidence and the decisions a public leader must make.
02Heart
Develop empathy, values, courage and a grounded sense of responsibility to others.
03Hand
Connect intent to practical action, collaboration and disciplined follow-through.
04Compass
Use ethics and purpose to navigate pressure, ambiguity and competing choices.
Programme experience
Two focused days in the classroom.

Requirements
Who this is for
- You want to take responsibility for a public or community problem.
- No political family, title or previous campaign experience is required.
- You can attend both classroom days at the Centre in Neelambur, Coimbatore.
- You are open to reflection, practice and feedback.
